We are also immensely proud of the team of talented people who make all the magic happen. Incredible as it may seem, there are fewer than 50 people at Wye Valley Brewery ensuring around 10 million pints of beautiful beer are enjoyed every year! From the brewers and production team who brew, batch and bottle tasty ales, to the friendly draymen who deliver daily. Not forgetting sales and customer service teams who make sure Wye Valley Brewery beers are served in your favourite pub or restaurant on a regular basis!

WHOLESOME STOUT

A dark and indulgent beer boasting roasted coffee notes and plenty of hop flavour. This dark and full-bodied bottle-conditioned stout features intense roasted barley flavours and a dry, bitter finish. Goes beautifully alongside slow-cooked meat dishes such as a comforting steak and mushroom casserole made with succulent Hereford beef.

GLORIOUS IPA

6% ABV

A golden IPA with zesty and tropical fruit flavours. To brew a beer as stunning as the Herefordshire surroundings, a blend of malts for a well-balanced biscuit and caramel base were selected, and used five hop varieties. The result is a golden IPA bursting with a zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavours – it is, dare we say it, absolutely glorious.

COUNTRY ALE

A strong, multi-award winning ruby ale. Wye Valley brewers know what makes a superb, strong bottle-conditioned beer, so insisted to use the best Maris Otter pale malt and local Fuggles and Bramling Cross hops for this full-bodied ruby ale. With rich malt flavours , and notes of molasses and raisins, it’s a fantastic match for flavoursome cheese.

GOLDEN ALE

500ml bottle

ABV 4.2%

A light gold coloured ale with good hop character throughout from the finest English hops. The two finest English hop varieties – Goldings and Fuggles – and Maris Otter pale malt were selected for this aromatic bottle-conditioned brew. The result is a crisp, zesty and pleasingly bitter beer that is great with fresh, flavoursome dishes.
