Welcome to Furniss of Cornwall
Best known for it’s Fairings biscuit, the Furniss brand is a house hold name within Cornwall having produced bakery products in the region for the past 120 years.
The company was established by John Cooper Furniss in 1886 in the Cornish city of Truro, South West England
In 1988 the company moved to a modern factory in Redruth Cornwall where some of our traditional biscuits are still made to the original recipes.
In 2006 the company was purchased by The Proper Cornish Food Company.
Furniss is now the largest manufacturer of biscuits in the South West.
