The Jerky Group is 100% British owned and run by a passionate and dedicated team who, first and foremost, love our products and take a hands on approach in every aspect of the business.

Wild West is Europe's longest established beef jerky brand and now celebrating it's tenth anniversary in the market. We at the Jerky Group pioneered the jerky market here in the UK. We started small, but have now grown to supply thousands of convenience stores, all the major multiples in the UK and distribute to nearly every country within the EU and beyond.

The company has further expanded its portfolio of Biltong brands; in addition to BullOx and Cruga the company has added Bundu. This is a joint business venture with Cruga Ltd and available for the UK market, although is predominantly intended for Europe and beyond.

We are proud of what we have achieved so far in being instrumental in creating the European market for beef snacks. However, we are very ambitious and have even bigger plans for the future. Please join us for the ride!

Wild West Beef Jerky

We believe Wild West is the finest jerky on the market. It is made in the old fashioned way with a subtle smokey flavour. Not too salty or too spicy, just full of beefy flavour. First the jerky is made in large traditional solid beef strips, then it is cut into smaller, handy bite size pieces. BullOx Beef Biltong

BullOx Biltong is a brilliant, tasty moreish beef steak snack. To make BullOx, succulent British and Irish beef is marinated in delicious herbs and spices, and air dried to make our Biltong, which is then hand trimmed and cut into slices ready to pack and send to our customers. All this is done to a genuine South African recipe and in a production facility of the very highest standards.

Cruga Beef Biltong

Marinated to a secret family recipe using the finest herbs and spices, then air-dryed, hand trimmed and cut to produce conveniently-sized slices, Cruga has created a growing legion of loyal fans.
