Jamie’s pasta sauces are perfect for creating quick and simple meals and come in a range of delicious flavours. Each of the recipes has been designed by Jamie and made in Italy with regionally sourced ingredients of the highest quality. New for 2010/2011 there’s a beautiful tomato and mascarpone sauce, made with creamy soft Italian cheese, a wonderful tomato and red wine sauce which is ideal for Spaghetti Bolognese and a smooth white cooking sauce with a hint of nutmeg to create the perfect lasagne
